Delivery within the UK £5.95
Order processing can take upto 5 days before being despatched via Royal Mail by 1st Class.  You should be in receipt of your parcel within a week.  This is a signed for service so you will have to sign before the postman will let you have your parcel.  If you are unavailable, the postman will leave a ‘While you were out’ card – whereby you have the option to arrange re-delivery or you can collect from your local sorting office.  Delivery times are for guidance only and not guaranteed, we cannot be held responsible for any postal delays.

Any person purchasing our products from outside the UK is the importer to that destination and is responsible for all taxes and/or special duty payments on all of the products ordered.  We are not responsible for delays in delivery or customs.

All postal services are trackable.

How do we package your Wig(s)
Depending on how many wigs you order, your order will be sent in a discreet plain/secure black mailer bag, because we understand that some of our customers would prefer a discreet service.  Because this is a tracked service, we have to place a ‘return label’ on the parcel.

Returns
Please be aware of your rights to return a product as detailed in our ‘Terms & Conditions’.  We take care to ensure all our wigs are delivered to you in perfect condition.  However, if you are not satisfied please contact us immediately by email.  All returns must be unused and in its original condition with hangtags attached within 7 days of receipt.  We will not accept returns after this period.  Due to hygiene reasons, our wig sales are final, any wigs that are returned that have been brushed, styled, smell of hairspray, perfume or tobacco and/or not in its original packaging will not be accepted for return.  Please notify us via email within 24hours of receipt of your intent to return. The parcel then should be returned to us within 7 days.   We will then inspect the wig and notify you of our findings and arrange a refund/replacement as applicable.

Please do not make ‘multiple’ purchases to choose one and return the rest.  If you need help deciding on colour/style we suggest you visit a wig shop and try out a variety of wigs so that you can make an informed decision.

Penny Black Wigs reserves the right not to supply customers who repeatedly return goods.
